Hombanna Movie Rating and Review:   Hombanna is a movie based on forest life. Most of the shooting of the film, In fast 90 percent of the shooting of the film has been done in the forests. This however will be the first of the Kannada film which will be based on the encroachment of the forests.

Hombanna Story: Hombanna captures the landscapes, lifestyle and various aspects of life of the farmers of the Western Ghats of Karnataka. There is a lot of eye pleasing scenery in the movie. The movie is based on the encroachment of the land of forests by the poor farmers. The film is a social one and movies around the farmers and their issues and their struggle to survival through the encroachment of the forest land.

The locations of the movie is eye catching and will soothe the eyes of the movie goers. The direction and the characterization in the movie is also very good. The daily crisis in the lives of the farmers has been captured very well by the director.

The background score of the film has also been very good. The background score of the film has raised the bar of the film.
